For anyone wishing to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. From the VIP immigration service at the airport as soon as you get off the plane, through to the return transfer to a kuta hotel, the service provided by hotel staff was 10 out of 10. Our one bedroom villa was spacious and private. The villa pool and main pool great. Love this place and so wish to return some day. If relaxing by the pool reading a book or being waitered on 24/7 is your idea of a great holiday, then this is the place.

What a rare and wonderful pleasure it is to visit somewhere that exceeds all expectations, particularly when those expectations are already high. This hotel is quite simply one of the best in the world. In truth my wife and I (who are experienced global travellers) could not fault one single aspect. It is simply breathtaking in terms of location, quality of villas, and impeccable service.

It's been some time since we stayed here but the memory of our time here is still fresh in our minds. The villa was luxurious and equipped with all the modern amenities you'll ever need. We loved that we could jump from the day bed straight into the private pool. Cire, the restaurant, was so good that we ended up eating most of our meals there (sometimes in our own private cabana overlooking the sea).
