Spice Studio

Spice Studio is an elegant, contemporary setting for a dining experience centered on the authenticity of Indian spices, their varying flavours and cooking techniques.

The restaurant is adorned with vintage and refurbished furniture that preserves the aura of authenticity. The décor reflects a distinctly personal and residential feel that complements a menu driven by traditional Goan family recipes.

The menu is replete with traditional Goan cuisine and few heritage Indian dishes like Mudoshi Fry, Singhade ki Tikki, Sungta Kishmoor among others.

Spice Studio also offers an Alila Masterclass, a curated experience where the guests can learn the nuances of cooking a traditional Goan dish directly from our Chef.
