Our extensive MICE facilities include a variety of elegant indoor venues that can be configured for boardroom meetings and theatre-style gatherings. For events on a grander scale, embrace the tropical ambience and ocean views outdoors on our open-air terrace and event lawns - inspiring settings for lavish banquets, or cocktail parties for up to 250 guests.

Meeting Packages

Minimum 20 persons
Full Day Meeting Package at IDR 1,150,000++ per person
Half Day Meeting Package at IDR 1,000,000++ per person

Meeting Package Inclusions:

• Use of one main meeting room from 8.00am – 6.00pm for Full Day Meeting Package and 8.00am – 1.00pm or 1.00pm – 6.00pm for Half Day Meeting Package.
• Morning and/or Afternoon Coffee Break including sliced fresh fruit and sweet items.
• Lunch with choice of Indonesian or International buffet or set menu selections at hotel restaurants (less than 50 persons, set lunch menu will be served)
• Beverages will be charged on consumption basis.

• Writing pad and pen per delegate
• Candies and mineral water
• One flip chart
• One whiteboard with marker
• One LCD projector with screen
• Three wireless microphones
• Free shared internet access
