The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures for guests’ safety and peace of mind. They include:
- Team member certification, trainings and recertification process for hygiene and cleanliness
- Increased frequency of cleaning on all high touch surfaces, guestrooms and shared spaces
- Implementation of enhanced food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants, room service and group meetings and events
- Prominently placed hand sanitizers throughout hotel public areas and employee areas
- Social distancing guidelines across the property
- Protective mask and other equipment for hotel colleagues
In-Room
- Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant
- Increased frequency of cleaning air filters
- Alcohol wipes provided in your amenities
- Complimentary hand sanitizers by calling the front desk
- Knock and go in-room service
Dining outlets
- Assurance of food safety through a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system
- Sanitization of tables, chairs, and condiment holders before seating guests
- Placement of cutlery inside napkins
- Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
- Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
- Service protocols were modified to reduce contact
- Number of tables will be reduced to maintain Social Distancing norms
- Digital menu via QR code
Check-in
- Disinfection of key cards
- Sanitization of pens after every guest use
- Mandatory masks for our front desk associates
- Hand sanitizer for guests’ use
- Mobile Check in is available for members through the World of Hyatt app
- Each guest to have Arogya setu app downloaded on their phone at the time of Checkin
- Negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours mandatory on arrival
