Brunch at the Organic Garden

At Alila Manggis, food is a way of life and it all begins in the resort’s own organic garden, a hidden gem below the foothills of Mount Agung overlooking the sea, and at our legendary Cooking School where guests can try their hand at cooking authentic Balinese dishes incorporating our fresh, organic produce. Among the wonderful array of fresh vegetables, herbs and spices grown in the garden are cherry tomatoes, kemangi basil, spring onions, garlic chives, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, kencur, eggplant, okra, coriander, cucumber and Bali chili.
